  • What if I decide after purchase that this course isn't for me?

    All ThriveCo courses are covered by a generous 30 day money back guarantee. If you feel for some reason that a course isn't what you expected, we'll refund your purchase price.

  • Does access to my courses expire?

    No, there's no expiry on your enrolment. Once you've joined a course, that content will be available to you for the foreseeable future.

  • What do I do if I forget my login details?

    Your password can easily be reset by using the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign In page.

  • Will I be charged a recurring payment?

    No. You will only ever be charged once. At this time we do not offer a subscription model.

  • What do I do if I have trouble viewing the videos?

    Often, this issue is caused by a browser problem on the viewer's computer. Here are some basic browser troubleshooting steps. 1. Clear cache and restart the browser. Also check if you’re using the newest version of the browser. 2. Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome). 3. Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions). 4. Restart the device (it's a cliche but it works!) 5. If possible, try a different device! 6. If possible, try a different internet connection! School and/or corporate firewalls occasionally block our video provider.

  • How do I access the courses?

    When you purchase a course you'll be prompted to create a user account with a unique username and password. Whenever you want to access your course, simply log into your student dashboard at thriveco.tv. Here you can view, resume and manage all the courses you're enrolled in, as well as update your profile
